Anjelsina: A lot of people think Etcetera is a flat, ditzy character due to her Tugger obsession. (Read some fanfics if you don’t believe me.) She’s not. She and Victoria approach Grizabella in “Grizabella the Glamour Cat,” which obviously means she’s got some compassion. Besides, she’s just a kitten; what do you expect?
Because of the aforementioned scene from “Grizabella the Glamour Cat,” I have reason to believe that Victoria and Etcetera are sisters, and Jellylorum (who shoos them from Grizabella) is their mother. Another common conception is that Pouncival and Tumblebrutus are Jellylorum’s, so maybe they’re all from one litter. They do all look related. Etcetera is definitely the youngest.
Electra, Jemima, and Victoria, the other kittens, are Etcetera’s best friends. They’re usually together, especially when it comes to swooning over Tugger and whispering during Skimbleshanks’s song!
